LiftProf

LiftProd is an elevator safety inspection and maintenance system that combines IoT, big data and AI technology, which helps lift operators and maintenance companies with their ad-hoc jobs and long term management. The system includes: a web portal, a mobile app and a self-develop lift blackbox.

This application includes a desktop admin dashboard, a mobile app, and a self-developed hardware device installed in elevator monitoring systems. It has been commercially deployed in local elevator sales and maintenance companies in Singapore. Based on this system, we have customized a detection and maintenance system for HDB elevators, and are currently working with Housing and Development Board on a collaborative project to install the system throughout the island in the first phase.

My role in this project is product designer, responsible for the entire project development process from 0-1. The system is successfully delivered and received national research funding by CoT(Cities of Tomorrow) led by MND, HDB & BCA.
