QingJu Bike is a bikeshare service from Didi Chuxing (DiDi). It provides users with a safe, comfortable and deposit-free bikeshare ride. Targeting existing and potential users of QingJu, we aim to enable users to have a fun gamification experience, enhance emotional perception and thus increase user activity.
This is a three-person group research project, my role is researcher, mainly responsible for the entire research process, from research planning to implementation. The project is awarded ‘Outstanding Solution Award’ in the Product Design Competition held by DIDI (QingJu's parent company).
